Learn how to paddle board
If you have never stepped foot on a SUP board before, a beginner's lesson at Lac Leamy in Gatineau is perfect for you. You will get hooked on the feeling of gliding through the water. And at the same time, paddle boarding is a great exercise! During the paddle board lesson you will learn how to adjust your paddle, stand on the board, turn and lots more.
After that, it is time to apply your SUP skills as you will paddle through the lake with a bright yellow Sup Adventures flag, happiness and music. Let's see who can get to the huge fountain at the end of the lake first. Or maybe paddle under the fountain and get splashed on a hot summer day.
